The magical secretive world of fungi. Connecting and shaping ecosystems, sparking transformations and leaving us with a sense of wonder and mystery!

In a largely overlooked world, fungi are more closely related to humans, than plants. Some individuals are so large, that their networks of mycelium extend for kilometres. The ultimate decomposer is now being used for many other purposes. Such as, biological pesticides, antibiotic production, biosorption for waste management, degrading pollutants from the environment, major contributors to the soil carbon stock. And of course, there are a few that can even provide us with tasty nutritional food - just buy it, don’t pick your own!
